By purchasing or using Adsytech, you agree to these terms.

Service

Adsytech provides software access to the official WhatsApp Business API, AI Agent, CRM and automation tools for the subscribed period (₹7,999/year, GST extra).

Message charges

WhatsApp conversation/message charges are billed separately as per Meta's official pricing and are not included in the subscription.

Acceptable use

You must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy and all applicable laws. Spam, unsolicited messaging or prohibited content may lead to suspension by Meta or by us, without refund.

Account approval

WhatsApp API access, display name and template approvals are decided by Meta. We help with the process but cannot guarantee approval.

Payments

All payments are non-refundable. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Liability

Adsytech is not liable for losses caused by Meta account restrictions, bans, outages or third-party services.
